Golds Gym Dance Workout Gameplay | thechrispo.com

As you all know, Gold?s Gym Dance Workout is a game oriented towards weight-loss combined with experiencing the full fun of dancing to your favorite songs with your favorite people.

The quick workout gives you access to all of the dance moves but at different levels of difficulty. There are also tutorials to every dance type (there are Latin dances like Salsa included), so taking the tutorial, if the name is the only thing you?ve ever heard about that dance, would be a great idea.

In the workouts menu you can create your own workout to follow or choose one of the preset workouts which include mixes of dance segments from the quick workout menu. I would say try all of the preset workouts included in Gold?s Gym Dance Workout but be sure to experiment and create one of your own.

And last but not least in the mini-games menu, you can choose from a list of mini-games that are not that close to dancing, but depending on your character can still be fun; there are activities like ?Kangaroo Boxing? and ?Bull Riding? as strange as they may sound. I don?t insist that they are fun, but at least give them a try to know for yourself.
