A new study from the Pew Research Center shows Texas seeing an increase in its population of undocumented immigrants.

Their Hispanic Trends Projects shows Texas was the only state out of six with the highest number that has not seen a decrease in immigrants. There was actually a slight increase in population totals, comparing 2011 to 2010 and 2009.

Texas had a total of 1.7 million undocumented immigrants in 2012.
